Standard Graphical Interface Get Parameters Organized

Most data analysis tools are idiosyncratic in their collection of parameters. Furthermore, they often have unique ways to handle user inputs for parameter values, which are mostly entered at the command line. As a result, in order to take full advantage of those tools, a researcher will have to study carefully on the tools s/he wants to use and learn the gory details around the syntax of parameters handling. To provide much needed relief to researchers, BioIDE uses a standard graphical user interface for all parameters of ALL supported data analysis tools, including HTB developed tools as well as third-party tools.

Now that all the compexity, and the hassle, of parameter handling are gone, a researcher can simply browse through a well-organized list of parameters for selected analytical tools and see detailed description on their usage. To select a parameter to be used in an analysis, a single mouse click will do the trick.
