No More Data Formating

BioIDE takes care of the tedious and mundane work so that you can focus on the exciting and value-add aspects of your research. Once your data is loaded into BioIDE using any of the supported data formats, you no longer need to worry about data format since your data can be easily converted into other data formats. That is why we say with BioIDE, you can "Load Once, Use Everywhere".

1: This is an extension of the original Linkage format. This format allows unlimited number of phenotypes or no phenotypes. It also allows the loading of a dataset without any genotypes.
2: This format was created to help those researchers who did not know which format their data are with but knew that the data were organized as a two-dimensional matrix. BioIDE has an excellent wizard to guide the loading process.
