In collaboration with Columbia University, we have further developed the pattern discovery-based method on multi-locus association analysis

Currently we are in collaboration with researchers at Yale University to investigate the joint effect of multiple genes on genetic association with substance dependence.

We have an on-going collaboration with researchers at a major phamaceutical company to identify potential biomarkers on pharmacogenetic studies.
